NOTE 1: WEEK 13 marks the beginning of a seven-week cycle in which all the Week Numbers are TEEN numbers. These karmic numbers signify what we most need to learn in order to evolve beyond the current chaos into something more loving and sustainable.
We all have some healing to do from our teen years, no matter how much time has passed since then. The teen years are formative years in which we are meant to make mistakes – so that we can learn from them. What we don’t learn from our teen experiences, we carry with us into adulthood where the lessons become harder to tackle or even recognize.
All of today’s teenagers were born in the 2000s, and there is something special about these children of the new millennium (when they are not being dumbed down or discouraged by the old system). Being born into the feminine 2 energy provides them with sensory and intuitive abilities that older people must respect and nurture – not stifle with criticism. Young people are the future, and they will have the burden of repairing the damage of the past and present.
NOTE 2: 13 is the karmic vibration of 4. It affects our sense of identity, as individuals, groups, nations, and as a species. 4 emphasizes organization, effort, hard work, how things work, working things out, limitation, breaking down barriers, breakthrough, foundation, bringing order to chaos, and transformation. 4 is the number of SYSTEM and STABILITY, and it is this unstable imbalanced system itself that must be transformed.

TUESDAY, MARCH 29TH, is the 88th day of the year. Those two 8s (representing POWER) produce the karmic number 16, which highlights SECRETS, PRIDE, and the correct use or outright abuse of POWER. 16/7 can involve “strange” alliances that conspire to outdo others. Conspiracy theories run rampant in this energy. This is likely to be more visible in WEEK 16 (April 16 to 22), but because 88 is such a powerful number, whatever happens then may have taken root on, or is somehow connected to March 29th.
Examples of this 4 and 8 connection are also visible in UKRAINE and the UNITED NATIONS, both of which are in the 4 YEAR — and the USA, UK, EU, RUSSIA, and CHINA, all of which are in the 8 YEAR. As of Saturday, April 2nd, (a 3 DAY ~ 4+2+6= 1+2=3) – there is likely to be considerable movement in this atrocious situation, as Ukraine and the UN leave the fogginess of the 4 Year/7 Month , and the USA, UK, EU, RUSSIA, and CHINA, leave the slow, drawn out, muted energy of the 8 Year/2 Month. But which way it actually goes is far from clear.
The 13/4 energy intensifies again on THURSDAY, MARCH 31, 2022, which is a 13/4 DAY in this 13/4 WEEK:

13/4 looks for ways to correct inaccuracy and incompetence. Only the facts will do. The potential benefits of 13/4’s obstacle-ridden but purposeful vibrations are – ANSWERS – DISCOVERY – CLARITY – and the power of DETERMINATION which comes from humanity’s emerging WILL – our feminine energy – our ability to feel.
But karmic 13/4 also represents the refusal to accept facts; stubbornness, being defiantly set in our ways or beliefs, unable to change our minds despite new information, refusing to adjust to reality, denial, ignorance, foolish pride – the very things we must evolve from.
