Both 2 and 4 represent CONNECTION, and we are likely to see some astonishing connections this week. 2 and 4 represent the importance of DETAIL and ACCURACY. There is no place for denial, deception, distraction, or indifference in this week that calls for vital adjustments and corrections.
The restrictive side of 4 points out the limitations of a situation, while the practical side reminds us that if we desire a specific result, we must make a firm commitment to the WORK it will take to produce it. 4 is the number of WORK and how things work (method).
4 represents DETERMINATION, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, and METICULOUS PLANNING. And once we do make a commitment to what we are trying to achieve, 4 gives us the stamina to keep going until the task is completed. This is a time to decide which route we want to take, or at least to point ourselves in that general direction.
As we evolve further into the 2000s, the ferocity of unevolved masculine 1, in its effort to keep feminine 2 down, (to maintain the old patriarchal ways) has become more desperate, heartless, and dangerous than ever. Time moves forever forward, but when the past refuses to move into its proper place, behind us, it creates a bottleneck which brings our progress, as a species, to a catastrophic halt.
Thankfully, 4 is also imaginative, competent, creative, sensitive, and realistic. 4 provides a firm foundation for BIG ideas to take root, and the foresight and courage to nurture them into being. Practical 4 also has the ability to ease tensions through matter-of-fact diplomacy, and create realities which improve conditions for all concerned.
The past will continue to repeat itself until we finally learn its lessons. However, we must believe that constructive change is possible, otherwise we have no incentive to make the changes we need to make. We have evolved. Let’s hope we have evolved enough to prevent an even deeper descent into fascism’s heartlessness, cruelty, and lack of awareness.
WEEK 4 emphasizes the importance of RIGHT TIMING and shows us why we have to WAIT for certain results. 2 represents the POWER OF PATIENCE, especially when it comes to detail and getting organized. The more we try to rush ahead before we have all the facts, the more we attract situations which will slow us down.
4 represents SYSTEM, the system of capitalism in particular, the greed of which seems to know no bounds. It is a system in which everything is capitalized on (translated into monetary value, right down to body parts, adoptable children, and every aspect of Mother Nature). Nothing is free in the so-called “free markets”.
In this outdated system of winners and losers, the mental and emotional wounds that war inflicts can never heal and are passed on through time – from generation to generation. Where there is oppression and occupation, people WILL fight back – and so, the systemic drumbeat will continue – until we find a way to break that pattern and learn to live in peace. We have a very long way to go – but finding that way does appear to be what this decade – the 2020s (2+2=4), is all about.
NOTE 2: Your weekly forecast repeats as a daily forecast on FRIDAY, JANUARY 26. This occurs when the month and day add up to 9. (1+2+6=9). On these days, circumstances, memories, and emotions reach new levels. 9 represents endings, conclusions, completion, and ‘letting go’ in order to move forward. Generosity and compassion are needed.
